If you have a problem with your computer then remote assistance allows us to work on your computer, from our office, as if we were sat at your desk.

To be able to access your computer for remote assistance you need to have windows messenger set up and running on your computer.

I have gathered here some links that explain further what remote assistance is and how it works.
